Sweet Chai of Mine. A lovingly curated mix of black tea, lightly toasted and crushed whole spices, and fresh ginger held together by raw New Zealand honey. Makes 30 – 80 cups! (Depends on brew method and milk used.)

Spice Dunes use honey provided by local beekeepers, raw and unadulterated, as it should be. The specific type of honey can vary from batch to batch, depending on what is available at the time. They always let you know which honey has been used for your chai, so you can attribute any slight flavour variances to the different bees or flowers which contributed to each batch!
