• Pick up in store – Free (anytime during shop hours once order has been packed, we will contact you when it is ready for collection)
• Dunedin & Local Towns (Palmerston, Lawrence, Balclutha, Milton, Waikouaiti) – Up to 20kg: Urban $8.00 (Rural $11.50)
• Pedals same day local delivery – $9.00 (Limited Areas)
• South Island – Christchurch + South of Christchurch – Up to 5kg: Urban $11.00 (Rural $13.00)
• South Island – North of Christchurch + West Coast – Up to 5kg: Urban $13.00 (Rural $17.00)
• North Island – Economy 3-4 days – Up to 5kg: $21.00 (Rural $27.00) 
• North Island – Overnight – Up to 5kg: $34.00 (Rural $40.00)
• Nationwide Small Items Urban Courier Pack (less than A4 size – cannot include products in glass) – $8.50 (Rural $14.50)

Note: Please check shipping location, as we do not offer refunds for incorrect locations. Postage prices only cover purchases up to 5kg, including packaging, we will get in touch with you if further freight payment is required

Refund Policy

Please be careful when ordering from our online store as there are restriction to refunds – no refunds unless and only by the following exceptions; the product is faulty, damaged or we are unable to source or supply the product. For any other reasons we will offer a store credit in place of a refund.

If an overpayment is made through our online store, we will not refund the full amount, the amount refunded will be minus the online transaction fees and charges for credit cards.
