A saturated brine of new Zealand organic central otago pinot noir, pure spring water, and Marlborough sea salt, is heated and evaporated in clay pans. The process leads to salt crystals infused with the essence and colour of the pinot noir wine. The salt is then carefully infused with natural otago produced Manuka smoke extract. A truly amazing and unique salt. Great for red meat salads, beautiful sprinkled over a boiled egg, or use every day instead of “table salt”.
