The Jones Family Farm sheep milk classic Gouda cheese is full-bodied and flavoursome. A great addition to any cheeseboard, but don’t limit it there. Pop it into your mashed potatoes for a piquant cheesy mash, or pair with crusty bread and a glass of crisp New Zealand Pinot Gris or a fruity pinot noir for a picnic. Giving up the bottle? Match it with a fruity kombucha instead.

Gouda is a traditional Dutch cow’s milk cheese that has been around since the 12th century. It is such a dangerously good, versatile cheese that cheesemakers have been making it with goat, cow and sheep milk for almost as long. This is one cheese not to shy away from, and from what we know of our Gouda, it’s a great cheese for the whole family.
