I believe my clients hold the authority, direction and answers they seek to their own lives within themselves, it is my role as a counsellor to support the process of self-discovery & self-empowerment.

I consider my clients whole-self in our work together including physical, mental, emotional, spiritual & energetic.

I take a pluralistic approach to counselling, which means I integrate a number of different approaches, depending on the individual.

Reiki is a gentle, hands on energy therapy, that supports the body’s self-healing ability. As a complementary therapy Reiki can be integrated into any plan to support improved health. One or a series of sessions may be required..

Reiki sessions and counselling sessions are booked separately and can complement one another as part of one’s wellness plan.  

The therapeutic relationship is incredibly important to my work and I build honest, authentic relationships with my clients.

I bring my true self to the therapeutic relationship as well as open mindedness, heart and humour.
