Utilising the modalities of Breathwork, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Change Therapy (ECT), Hypnosis, and Trauma-Informed Coaching, I support people through a range of  techniques.

Blending these modalities interchangeably provides multiple tools which can assist to equip the individual to move through and overcome challenges while being supported from a trauma-informed approach.  

The NLP techniques and strategies aim to enhance personal development and communication by helping individuals understand the influences of their thoughts and behaviours and to identify any existing limiting beliefs.  We work to shift anything not helpful to the individual, into a positive resource, by repatterning new beliefs. 

Breathwork provides another layer to assist the individual. It provides an opportunity for them to be assisted safely through a somatic release, or a resource for the individual to utilise in their day to day to cultivate connection to their internal processing, while promoting nervous system relaxation or states like mindfulness and relaxation.

With mental health and suicide crises at an all-time high, my focus is on equipping people with their own resources, supporting them through their challenges, and empowering them to overcome whatever they may be facing. 

The goal is to assist the individual to unlock the root cause of their struggles and transform their lives from within.
