Ingredients:

Concentrated Pomegranate juice (30%), sugar (30%), water (30%), acidity regulator: citric acid E330 (10%).

Contains sulfites

Made by extracting the juice of pomegranate seeds and boiling it down until much of the water has evaporated. Pomegranate molasses can be used to enhance the natural flavours of many food, and is good in marinades for poultry, lamb and pork.
