Rose is the queen of flowers, a feminine flower and essential oil. A gentle antidepressant and a renowned aphrodisiac. A long time remedy for insomnia, menstrual “moments” and inflammation.
Lavender is my all time favourite go-to herb and essential oil. It is calming, soothing and balancing. Reputed to be anti-depressant, antiseptic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, sedative and hypotensive to name but a few. Great for kids and adults.
Caution: If any of the herbals cause tingling to the skin, massage with a pure vegetable oil to dilute the sensation
