Chamomile is one of the most gentle flowers around. This soothing child friendly herb calms upset stomachs and relaxes the body. An anti-inflammatory and analgesic flower.
Caution: If any of the herbals cause tingling to the skin, massage with a pure vegetable oil to dilute the sensation.
