The Lynton is a soft white rind cheese that has a supple texture with an earthy aroma; savoured in the mouth it has a lasting creamy mushroomy flavour.
This cheese is a great addition to salads, pizzas or cooking with. We love this cheese warmed with garlic slices and herbs or wrapped in bacon!
