The Bio Gustiamo organic artichoke hearts are grown in the fields on a family run farm and are processed according to the Apulian tradition within 8 hours of harvesting.
The artichoke hearts are seasoned with spices and preserved in oil. They are ideal as an appetizer, antipasto platter or as seasoning for salads, pizzas or bruschetta.
