This paste was created for the traditional Goan pork curry ‘Sorpotel’ and it is so versatile you can use it to make a variety of delicious meat and vegetable dishes. It is also a great addition to the bbq as a marinade.
Ingredients: White Vinegar, NZ Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil and our secret blend of spices.
