This jar is suitable for all hot bottling, overflow preserving, pickling, waterbathing, oven and pressure canning methods. You can fit 7 of our 1Litre Jars into most pressure canners. Enjoy a making a variety of foods in our lovely jars from soups and casseroles to simple produce like pickled beetroot.

Jars show measurements of cups, mls and ozs down the sides and have our signature fantail. A very versatile family size jar.

They are also perfect for narrow shelving or use in a caravan or boat as the square sides allow you to lie on their sides with minimum roll.
