Lemongrass has a long history in medicinal applications due to its restorative, balancing and cleansing properties. Within the plant distillation, it contains 65–85% citral, which makes it useful as an effective insect repellent also.

Sharp, fresh with more than a hint of sweet lemon peel. Very subtle, spicy undertones.
