Mouth care
Apply 1 drop directly to the ulcer or affected gum. Repeat up to 3x a day for 5 days.

Skincare
Add 1-2 drops to 2-5gms of Untouched Face Cream and apply to the face prior to sleep. Repeat every night. In addition, it has a calming effect on the mind.

Calm and composure
Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser. As a resin, it is sticky, so best to blend with other harmonising oils like Orange Sweet, Lavender Sweet, and Cedarwood when diffused. Repeat as required.
