Organic Flour Mills retain the maximum nutriments of the organic whole wheat grain, as neither the bran nor germ are removed when or after it’s milled into flour. And our flour is not bleached. Furthermore, we mill our wheat in Zentrofan cyclone mills, which prevent the flour becoming overheated in the process, thereby retaining maximum nutriments. And finally, we use only organic Reliance wheat, certified BioGro, grown in the South Island of New Zealand, which means it is reliably free of chemical sprays and has been grown in ideal conditions.
