Organic Flour Mills chooses only organic New Zealand-grown Reliance wheat, certified BioGro. It has not been sprayed or heat treated, so it’s good for sprouting. They have been to the farm where it is grown in the South Island, NZ, and can vouch for it ourselves 🙂
Wheat is a very popular grain (also known as wheat seed, kernels, groats, or berries) that can be sprouted, or wheat can be cooked and eaten like rice in savoury or sweet dishes. They never add any synthetic man-made folic acid to it.
